LOC & IVY LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how our Android applications distributed through the Google Play Store handle information. It applies to every Android app we publish under this developer account.

Summary: Our apps do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. They run entirely on your device.

1. Information We Collect

We collect nothing. Our apps do not gather, request, or transmit personal information, and they do not require an account, sign-in, or registration of any kind. All content an app needs, including its data files, is bundled with the app itself, so no user data ever leaves your device.

2. Settings Stored on Your Device

Our apps save your preferences, such as your chosen theme and display settings, so they can be restored the next time you open the app. These settings are held in the app's own private storage on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party, and Android removes them when you uninstall the app.

3. Permissions

We request only the permissions an app genuinely needs, and any such permission is declared in the app manifest and requested at runtime in accordance with Google Play Developer Policies. Our current apps request no runtime permissions at all.

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Our apps contain no advertising networks, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party software development kits that collect user data. We do not use Google Play Services to gather information about you.

5. Data Sharing

Because we collect no user information, we have nothing to share, sell, or rent, and we do not do so.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Uninstalling an app removes all of its local settings from your device. If you believe we hold information about you nonetheless, you may request its deletion by writing to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and with Google Play's Families policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our apps are not directed at children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Please review this page periodically.
