LOC & IVY LLC ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This policy applies to our applications distributed through the Apple App Store for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.

Summary: Our apps collect no data and perform no tracking. They run entirely on your device.

1. Data Collection

We collect nothing. Our apps do not gather, request, or transmit personal information, and they require no account or sign-in. Our App Privacy details on the App Store product page report "Data Not Collected," and our apps ship with a privacy manifest declaring the same.

2. Settings Stored on Your Device

Our apps save your preferences, such as your chosen theme, display settings, and window size and position, so they can be restored the next time you open the app. These settings are written to the container belonging to that app on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party, and they are removed when you delete the app.

3. Tracking

We do not track you. Our apps do not follow your activity across apps or websites owned by other companies, do not share data with data brokers, and contain no advertising or analytics frameworks. Because no tracking takes place, our apps never present an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

4. Use of Information

Any preference stored on your device is used solely to provide the features of the app. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we have no personal data to sell.

5. Children's Privacy

Our apps comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our apps are not directed at children.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Deleting an app removes all of its local settings from your device. If you believe we hold information about you nonetheless, you may request its deletion by writing to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Please review this page periodically.
